Our History - 10 years of management history

Originating her professional career in Long Island, NY our Branch Director got her start representing Fortune 50 clientele delivering new customers to their door through promotional outside sales and marketing. 

What we do

Over the past decade, the top executives at Vibe Marketing have gained experience in finding new acquisitions and driving foot traffic into the doors of the clients we work with. That has since evolved into working alongside some of the largest Wholesale Retailers and Fortune 50 clients not only locally in the New York market but also nationally.

Our current strategy is based solely on bringing new customers to our clients while also providing free labor for the Wholesale Retailers we work with. This not only intensifies the partnerships for the clients, but also provides an enhanced customer service experience to consumers.

Vibe Marketing provides unlimited promotional opportunities for each individual that joins our team. Our promotions are based 100% on achievement and have no bearing on seniority. By pushing our candidates to step outside of their comfort zones while practicing their newly acquired skills alongside more advanced team members, they achieve fantastic goals in astonishingly short amounts of time, with many advancing into management positions within six to nine months. All members of management start at entry-level with lessons in marketing, teaching, and training. From there, successful team members move into one of three positions. The first option would be an Account Executive position, which entails building a team and traveling to conferences. The second position is into an Assistant Director position where they shadow the Branch Director and start recruiting. The last position is a Branch Director where they build their own office with their own team and clients.

Sales Account Representative

Vibe Marketing is a promotional, advertising and marketing firm in the Hudson Valley Area. With our recent expansion, we are looking to fill Sales Account Representative positions within our company to help us keep up with our clients growing brands.

The position requires being trained in our business development and marketing departments, as well as management training for advancement opportunities within the company.

Junior Account Manager- Marketing, Advertising & Sales

The key account advertising, sales and marketing plans will support, and be derived from, the Business Plan outlined by the Director of Sales and Marketing. The (JAM) will be responsible for managing all areas of Vibe Marketing's business relationship with the key accounts and will work closely with the various business departments in an effort to maintain and further develop the relationship with the key accounts. The (JAM) will manage the sales and advertising function to achieve strategic sales targets while working closely with the Marketing Department to provide integrated programs that support the sales effort. The (JAM) is the main contact with all key accounts and is the liaison between the various business departments and the key accounts. The Junior Account Manager reports directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Vibe Marketing

  • Develop and execute an advertising, sales and marketing plan for key accounts that meets or exceeds sales and margin targets.
  • Grow existing product offerings with key accounts while introducing new product opportunities.
  • Work closely with the various departments in the Marketing industry Nation Wide to ensure the accurate execution of sales orders and account activity.
  • Provide regular interface with customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide direction to the marketing department on key marketing opportunities with the key accounts to support the sales effort.
  • Work closely with key accounts and the marketing department on establishing a strategic face of Vibe Marketing at retail.
  • Provide regular sales reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing that accurately capture all sales activity.
  • Seek out and communicate meaningful insights from key accounts and the market.
  • Accurately manage expenses in accordance with budgetary requirements.

  • Through one to two years of sales experience you must be able to demonstrate acquired skill and measurable success in the following areas:

Entry Level- Marketing Associate

Vibe Marketing is looking for a full-time Marketing Account Manager. Vibe Marketing's Marketing Department is an award-winning, hands-on team that creatively communicates all we have to offer our clients and their customers. The team is collaborative and motivated, learning from successes and failures with an openness to change.


  • Communicating closely with clients to develop a comprehensive understanding of each client account
  • Devising an integrated marketing campaign strategy and timeline; execute the necessary marketing mix throughout the event cycle
  • Initiate and maintaining marketing plans, task tracking, creative directives and editing requests
  • Creating and managing marketing toolkits for each client
  • Track and analyze statistics; constantly be on the lookout for ways to quantifiably improve our business
  • Preparing post-campaign recap analysis
